Health, Fitness and Well-being Paddling Program

NEW! Four evenings offering examples and practical techniques that foster body/mind/spirit awareness and connection in your life through the paddling experience.

All paddlers are welcome to a not-so-typical paddling program. This returning program is specifically designed to examine and help us become aware of the many special health benefits that being on the water and outside in nature can offer, far beyond basic paddling skills.

The program will gently guide participants through examples and practical techniques that foster body/mind/spirit awareness and connection in your life through the paddling experience. Join in and discover a new form of moving meditation that can have a meaningful and lasting impact on your overall health and well-being. This program is open to SUP, Canoe and Kayak Paddlers.
