Intro to Stand Up Paddleboard Lesson

Discover the joys of stand-up paddling.

This Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) lesson introduces the novice to paddling a paddleboard in calm sheltered water by certified SUP Instructors. Stand Up Paddleboarding provides many health benefits, including a full-body, low-impact workout, improving your balance, strengthens your core and boosts mental health as you immerse yourself in nature. As these lessons take place in the Toronto Islands, we use our pontoon boat to transport you over to the islands to start your lesson. The on-water portion of the course is 1.5 hrs but allow 2.5 hrs to include pontoon shuttle time to islands and back, as well as on-land teaching.
