Guided Tandem Kayak Tour
No paddling experience required (3 hours)
Enjoy a guided tour on the Toronto Harbour and Islands in a tandem (2-person) kayak! (We can welcome an odd number/one person paddling solo.) Normally this tour starts & finishes city side but one way tours (either direction) $$$ or a start & finish on the islands can be arranged $$$
Upon arrival, guests will be outfitted with a lifejacket and paddle. There will then be a short paddling orientation prior to departing from our docks.
Depending on the groups’ paddling ability and wind direction on the day, your experienced guide will choose the most appropriate route across the Toronto Harbour to & through the Toronto Islands via various channels and lagoons; some of which can only be accessed by canoe or kayak.
The harbour crossing is approx 25 mins each way thus there is plenty of time to explore some of the bird sanctuaries & lagoons. A washroom break can be facilitated if required during the program.
Do you need help with food options / meeting place / a picnic location? How about transportation and logistics support chartering our pontoon motorboats? We can recommend a variety of options both on and off the Islands that will best fit your group’s requirements.

Guided Voyageur Canoe Tour
No paddling experience required, but be prepared to paddle.
A truly Canadiana experience by exploring the 13 Toronto Islands archipelago in historic voyageur canoe replicas. Originally designed to transport people and trade across Canada, this is the easiest and most affordable way to explore the lagoons, bird sanctuaries and the wonderful panorama of Toronto’s skyline.
We have several options. 1) Tour can start & finish at our city side location. 2) A one way tour starting city side & ending on the islands or vice versa starting on islands and finishing city side. 3) Start & finish on the islands. A return program is approximately 2 ½ hours, a one way tour is approximately 2 hours. All options can be customised re duration and other variables.
We have 7 large canoes with different passenger capacities. Each canoe also has a stern seat for a guide. We can welcome 84 participants (in a paddling seat position) at the same time and more if we use non paddling / middle of the wider bench seats.
